Permitting in Palm Beach Gardens

Palm Beach Gardens addresses inside the city limits permit through the City of Palm Beach Gardens building division.

The step that adds the most time here is usually not the city — it is the architectural review board. Most of the gated communities along and off PGA Boulevard require ARB or POA approval of the design, the finish colour and often the exact location on the lot before a permit application is worth filing. This is also the practical argument for getting the design settled with the ARB before engineering is commissioned. Move the structure three feet after it is sealed and the engineering is done again, at cost.
